This is an original steel engraving produced in the 1800's. It portrays President George Washington taking the oath of office in New York City. It was produced by Johnson, Fry & Co. from the original Chappel painting.

It is in excellent condition and framed in a sculpted light gold frame with 100% acid free mats and conservation glass. Included in the framing is the bronze Washington Bicentennial commemorative coin.
